THE WORK
There is a root system beneath you that you may never have fully touched.
It holds the people who came before you — their loves and their losses, the things they survived and the things they couldn't finish. It holds the patterns you've tried to understand, the heaviness you've carried without knowing where it came from, the longing for something you can't quite name.
Root & Return is a weekend workshop where we descend into that root system together, and return to the love that has been there all along
"What was passed down without words is held in the body. The Moving Field offers it a way to move."
Two practices meet here:
Family constellation and lineage work opens the field — the multigenerational web of relationships, loyalties, and unfinished business that shapes who we are. 5Rhythms movement meditation takes you deeper into the body — into awareness, into open-hearted attention — and lets what the field has uncovered move through you and out.
Over two and a half days, we witness the trauma and burdens we have inherited, unconsciously, out of love, loyalty and a desire to belong. We move it. And we return — lighter, more rooted, closer to love.
*This workshop will count as 1 day of Elective hours toward the 5Rhythms® Teacher Training.

WHO THIS IS FOR
For the one who carries a heaviness they can't quite name — a pattern, a longing, something inherited that has never had a place to land.
For the one who feels the pull of something unfinished — in their body, in their family, in the space between who they are and who they sense they could be.
For the one who loves their people and also knows that something between them has never been fully resolved.
For the one who feels things in the body that the mind hasn't been able to reach — and who is ready, to let the body weigh in.
For anyone who has ever wondered what they inherited, and what might be possible if it could finally move. For anyone who feels the quiet pull of this work, and trusts that pull enough to follow it into the room.

Water, tea, and light snacks will be provided throughout the Workshop. Lunch is not included, so please plan accordingly. There are restaurants nearby with healthy options, and a fridge will be available on site if you prefer to bring your own food.
Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date (until September 25th, 2026) are refundable minus a US$50.00 processing fee.
● Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date (after September 25th, 2026) are non-refundable; however, you may provide a replacement participant.
● Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date (after September 18th, 2026) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
