THE MOVING FIELD
LINEAGE · MOVEMENT · LOVE
Two practices
One whole
The Moving Field brings together family constellation and lineage work with 5Rhythms movement meditation — not as two tracks running side by side, but as a single integrated arc.
Lineage work is the foundation. It opens the field, makes visible what has been passed down, and begins the process of return. Movement is what allows that process to complete — the means through which what is uncovered finally moves through the body and lands.

We enter the field together.
We witness what has been carried.
We let it move. What remains is what was always there:
Love.
The Moving Field emerged from a retreat in Belize — called Passage — where something happened in the room that neither practitioner had planned for or experienced before.
The lineage field opened. What surfaced there found its way into the body through movement. People moved through things they hadn't been able to reach in years of other work — held, witnessed, and loved throughout.
What became clear was that this wasn't two modalities cooperating. It was something new — a single integrated arc where the lineage work sets the conditions, and movement completes what the lineage work begins. One cannot do what the other does. Together, they complete something.
The Moving Field is that something — now offered in Canada, Belize and beyond.
"The body is not a metaphor for healing. It is the site of it. And the lineage field is what tells the body where to go."

Rebecca Stone
SOMATIC TRAUMA THERAPY & FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
Rebecca Stone, LCSW, is a somatic trauma therapist and couples therapist, and the founder of Brooklyn Somatic Therapy. Her work lives at the intersection of science and soul—where attachment wounds, ancestral legacies, and nervous system patterns meet the possibility of deep transformation.
Rebecca is certified in The Hakomi Method and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, and has served as a teacher for the Hakomi Institute’s comprehensive program. She has advanced training in Attachment-Focused EMDR, Family Constellations, and Somatic Experiencing. She has taught and facilitated workshops nationwide on trauma, intergenerational healing, and post-traumatic growth.
Her specialty is guiding individuals and couples through initiatory rupture—especially around infidelity, where she has developed a unique 3-stage healing model that combines somatic repair, shame integration, and sacred relationship work.
Rebecca’s approach is deeply informed by her ongoing work in restorative justice, psychedelic medicine and integration, and spiritual practice, including work with plant medicine traditions rooted in the Shipibo lineage of the Peruvian Amazon. She believes that true healing is not about perfection, but about wholeness—reclaiming all parts of the self, including the ones we were taught to exile.
Whether she is facilitating a constellation, supporting a couple through betrayal, or guiding a circle of participants through ancestral healing, Rebecca’s work is an invitation:
Come home to your body. Come home to your truth. Come home to your lineage—and carry it differently.

Gloria Glo
MOVEMENT MEDITATION & 5RHYTHMS
Gloria Glo is a 5Rhythms teacher and dancer whose practice pulses with life, fire, and the poetry of movement. With 13 years of dancing these rhythms, the practice has deeply shaped her life — the dance becoming a place of healing, devotion, sanctuary, and refuge, from where a deep sense of belonging has been brought back. And from that same place, a passion and desire to share it with others.
That knowing is at the heart of her work within The Moving Field.
Gloria brings movement as the means through which lineage healing lands in the body. When constellation work surfaces what has been inherited — the unfinished stories, the unfelt grief, the patterns held in the bones — recognition can happen in an instant. Integration takes longer. It moves at the body's pace. Gloria creates the conditions for that completion: not through choreography or technique, but by following the body's own intelligence, giving it permission to finish what the field has opened.
Her classes are living rituals — meticulously designed, tender and electrifying — where the sacred and the visceral meet. Within The Moving Field, that same quality of presence becomes something more specific: movement in direct service of the work, listening for where the body is, and following it there.
